To adjust the belt to meet your needs, ensure there is enough slack in the belt. You don't want the belt to be too tight. Slide the rear ring to adjust for comfort.
The S/M ComfortFit belt fits waist sizes from 18 inches to 48 inches.
The L/XL ComfortFit belt fits waist sizes from 24 inches to 60 inches.
Works with swim models ST1, ST3, and the Swim Tether Travel Pack.
Allow about 2 inches of slack behind the spine and place on "forward tip of hips".
