Includes an adjustable belt (choose your size) and an 8 foot stretch cord, along with a non-slip travel strap for securing to handrails, posts, ladder rails, or other fixed objects. Transform any pool into an Olympic size lap pool with ease. For optimal swimming experience, attach the strap at least 36 inches above the water level.
Make sure the belt is comfortable by adjusting it to your liking. Avoid making it too tight - leave some slack between the belt and your body. Simply slide the rear ring to find the perfect fit.

Perfect for rehab

I love my swim tether!
