Does exactly what it claims to do. I can swim laps in any pool with virtually no set up.

Plate installed easily. A heads up for anyone who purchased a Stealth swim spa…they don’t make a tether system, and the mounting plate that came from the factory is too small for any other tethers. very frustrating!! Swap the plate out for a swim tether and you’re good to go.
I like it. Works as advertised except I paid and did receive screw thread model. Would be nice if there was optional over shoulder clip belts not just waist so u could adjust wear on torso the belt sits. My lowere back wants it not to be belt high which tugs lower back down while I pull upper torso by swimming. Would be better if. Belt was chest hi.

Works perfectly. Allows us to swim in place in our 14ft above ground pool. You will need something solid near the pool to anchor to and with a smaller pool be creative in adjusting winding up the slack so you are in the center of you pool while swimming but once set its done! We love it!

Had ordered a new 6’ tether as plastic hooks had broken on existing tether. Mentioned in my order that is was my third tether in 6 years and requested that extra hooks be sent. Not only did I receive several extra hooks, but an extra tether as well. Great service and thank you.
Amazing quality however not enough leverage to tight it. Way to big for professional swimmers.
One complaint - the new swim tether did not fit into the original holder (seemingly the new one is a tiny bit wider which prevents it to fit in the old holder. Would be nice to know about it in advance. Also - as I assume I am not the only one encountering this issue - why don’t you offer an adapter.

I have an Intex rectangular pool so bought the belt and two cords to make a V from the corners so that I could use it since that wasn't an option. Works perfect.
Order processed quickly. Good prices. Items were as described.
Used 2’ long, 1” PVC pipe. Attached to fence using electrical conduit clamp and secured with 3” wood screws into fence posts. Solid. Didn’t need to drill into my travertine. Can remove rod as needed. Tether works as advertised. Awesome.
I was skeptical at first. My brother introduced the idea to me about using the Swim Tether versus a water jet type resistance device. I swim triathlon events and this is a great way to manage my endurance swims. I can speed up or slow down without having to make adjustments to a water flow. It’s also very economical instead of maintaining a gym membership just for the lap pool. It allows me to utilize my own pool more than ever before. I am enjoying my swim tether immensely!!

We have been using Swim Tether for about 10 years. W purposely built a small pool to use with the tether. We enjoy our swim workouts and are very happy with the product.
I love this for swimming in my small pool almost daily, but my husband did not. I do breast stroke, keeping my head above water, but he likes to swim freestyle. The pool gets too choppy for him to turn his head and breathe and the tether is anchored on the handrail of the steps (3' above ground level), so his feet get tangled when he kicks (no problem for me doing my "frog kick").The belt is very comfortable and easy to adjust. The stretchy cord seems to be holding up well so far. I store it inside to avoid the desert heat and sun.If we had a larger pool and could tie it up on something higher it would work for both of us.
This is the best option for those of us who want a pool workout without having to spend thousands on a water jet device. The tether is strong and works very well. The customer service is excellent. The owner of the company really cares about his customers.
Everything is well made on the Swim Tether.
We inherited an indoor pool with a new house purchase, which although relaxing isn’t big enough (8m) for any form of exercise. I considered a counter current machine, but the effort and cost (and bulk) put me off. The Tether has made all the difference, now we are both swimming hard for 30 minutes daily.
