Swim tether is so awesome! It doesn’t impede my swim technique and has enough resistance to give you a great workout. I would highly recommend this product!!

Love that it came with a plug!

Installing the plate isn't too hard with my construction background and access to tools and epoxy, but for someone who doesn't have the same construction background, they may find it a struggle. If you don't have access to a core drill and bit, then it can get a little pricey as well. The product it self seems to work quite well.

I love that it came with a plug too. Until I could not get the plug out. I have tried cutting it into pieces. My next attempt will be to drill a screw into it and hope I can pull it out that way. I have two swim tethers cemented in. Kind of a silly design for a plug.
