Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Swim Tether. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To get started, visit our Warranty & Returns page and follow the guided process — it takes about two minutes and walks you through your options based on your situation.
Unused Products (Still in Original Condition)
If your product hasn't been used in water and includes all original components and packaging, you're eligible for:
- Full refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item. A 6% processing fee applies to cover shipping and transaction costs. If your order shipped free, the processing fee still applies.
- Exchange — swap for a different model, component, or configuration, subject to availability.
- Store credit — full value, never expires.
Used Products (Has Been in Water)
We encourage every customer to give their Swim Tether a real workout — at least 20 minutes — before deciding. If you've tried it and it's still not for you:
- Exchange — swap for a different model or component.
- Store credit — applied at 50% of the original purchase price.
- Partial refund — 50% of the original purchase price, returned to your original payment method. You keep the product.
Return Shipping
For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we'll cover return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can't guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, visit our Warranty & Returns page and select the issue — we'll send a replacement at no charge. No return shipment needed. If you'd prefer a full refund instead, we'll take care of that too, including any shipping costs.
Please include photos when submitting a damage claim so we can get your replacement out as quickly as possible.
1-Year Performance Guarantee
Every Swim Tether product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If any component fails under normal use within the warranty period, we'll replace it at no cost — including shipping. Visit our Warranty & Returns page to submit a claim.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duty charges on the return shipment. Refunds for international orders are issued in the original currency of purchase. The 6% processing fee applies to international returns as well.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased at wholesale or dealer pricing are subject to separate return terms as outlined in the dealer agreement.
