What a delight to work with a company thats 'focused' on customer needs!! I can say that over my youth of 72 yrs, this was the first! I had been saddled with equipment that wasn't ever going to work in my swim spa (sold by a pool company)... After returning the equipment at my expense I reached out and discovered I could order directly from your company and was elated with the response! Called to order some parts that I needed and spent a bit of time talking with them to make sure I was ordering the correct pieces.
The pieces I needed to order were not in stock because of the age of what I needed, and He understood that and assured me he would have the correct items shipped. Tom and Brent at Swim Tether were amazing. I had a couple of questions and needed help with cord lengths for my rowing poles not on the website.
