Great product and stellar customer service!

The product is incredibly easy to use. It's a great workout and a must if you have a pool. My brother even bought one. Abide by what they say, though. Start slowly if you're just beginning . Do 5-7 min. It is a great workout. The customer service is even better than the product. I took the 8-ft tether out of the package, and it was broken. I sent a picture with my text, and received a new tether in about 4 days. Thanks for the great product and service!

Love it !

Works well if you follow the directions and mount it high enough. Very pleased to be swimming in my own pool on my schedule.
