Fits adult swimmers. This kit includes an adjustable belt (select your belt size) with an 8 foot stretch cordand a non-slip travel strap to anchor everything to a handrail, post, ladder rail or any other stationary fixed object. Turn any pool into an olympic size lap pool.
We recommend attaching the strap higher than 36 inches from water level for properswimming angle.
To adjust the belt to meet your needs, ensure there is enough slack in the belt. You don't want the belt to be too tight. Slide the rear ring to adjust for comfort.
The S/M ComfortFit belt fits waist sizes from 18 inches to 48 inches.
The L/LX ComfortFit belt fits waist sizes from 24 inches to 60 inches.
Allow about 2 inches of slack behind the spine and place on "forward tip of hips".

I started using during the Pandemic in my backyard pool and it was a total game changer. May have saved my life...
I had Covid about a month after it was discovered. I was 78 years old. I survived at home because the hospitals were full.
