Shipping Policy

United States

Free shipping on all orders over $99 within the continental United States. Orders under $99 ship at a calculated rate shown at checkout.

We ship from Jasper, Georgia. Most US orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.

Hawaii is included in our standard US shipping. Alaska is not currently available for delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to 13 countries via FedEx International. All international orders include duties and taxes prepaid at checkout — you will never receive surprise customs fees or import charges at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Flat Rate Shipping on Kit Orders

Single Swim Tether kit orders (ST1, ST2, or ST3) qualify for flat rate international shipping in your local currency:

Australia & New Zealand

  • Australia: $50 AUD flat rate (4–10 business days)
  • New Zealand: $55 NZD flat rate (5–9 business days)

Canada

  • Canada: $35 CAD flat rate (3–9 business days)

Europe

  • United Kingdom: £25 GBP (4–9 business days)
  • Germany: €25 EUR (6–9 business days)
  • France: €25 EUR (4–9 business days)
  • Netherlands: €25 EUR (4–7 business days)
  • Italy: €25 EUR (5–10 business days)
  • Spain: €30 EUR (6–9 business days)
  • Denmark: 200 DKK (6–9 business days)
  • Sweden: 300 SEK (6–9 business days)
  • Switzerland: CHF 25 (6–9 business days)

Mexico

  • Mexico: $30 USD flat rate (3–9 business days)

Orders Outside the Flat Rate Range

Our flat rate pricing applies to single kit orders. Smaller orders like individual accessories ship at a calculated rate based on package weight and destination — you'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Ordering Multiple Kits?

If you're ordering two or more kits — whether for your home, a commercial property, or a group purchase — email us at shop@swimtether.com before placing your order and we'll put together a custom shipping quote. We want to make sure you get the best rate possible on larger orders.

Prices in Your Currency

When you visit our store, prices are automatically displayed in your local currency based on your location. You can also switch currencies using the selector at the top of any page.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Thursday). Orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed the following Monday.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships. International orders shipped via FedEx include full door-to-door tracking from our warehouse to your address.
