Reseller Terms & Conditions

These Reseller Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Swim Tether reseller program. The program is operated by Blue Ridge Enterprises, LLC, doing business as Swim Tether ("Swim Tether," "we," or "us"). By submitting a reseller application and checking the agreement box, you ("Reseller," "you") accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Approval is at our discretion. We approve businesses that fit one of our reseller tiers — typically pool builders, spa dealers, OEM swim spa manufacturers, pool service companies, hotels and HOAs, and similar businesses serving end customers. Marketplace-only resellers (Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace) and pure-dropship middlemen are reviewed case by case.

2. Pricing Tiers and Discount

Approved Resellers receive wholesale pricing at the tier assigned at approval. Your current tier and discount are visible when you sign into the dealer portal. Tiers may be adjusted by Swim Tether based on volume, fit, and program changes; we will notify you in advance of any change to your discount.

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are placed through the dealer portal at your tier pricing.
  • Pricing is subject to change. The price in effect when you place an order applies.
  • Payment is due at order placement unless we have extended written Net terms.
  • All prices are in USD. Applicable sales tax, duties, and import fees are the Reseller's responsibility.

4. Shipping and Drop-Shipping

  • Free US ground shipping is included on Dealer-tier orders.
  • Other tiers and expedited methods ship at our published rates.
  • We can drop-ship direct to your customers with neutral packaging and packing slips that do not display Swim Tether retail branding. Co-branded packing slips are available on request.
  • Risk of loss passes to the Reseller (or to the end customer on drop-ships) on delivery to the carrier.
  • International orders are reviewed case by case.

5. Returns and Warranty

  • A 1-year manufacturer warranty applies to all components against manufacturing defects. We replace defective components covered under warranty at no charge.
  • New, unopened product is returnable for refund within 30 days of delivery. Outbound shipping is not refunded.
  • Custom-cut cords and special-order items are non-returnable.
  • Resellers handle first-line customer support for end-customer questions. Escalate warranty claims and complex issues to shop@swimtether.com.

6. Brand and Marketing Materials

  • We provide product images, spec sheets, and marketing copy for your use in promoting Swim Tether products. Use them as-is or co-branded.
  • Please do not alter product images, specifications, or claims.
  • The Swim Tether name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of Blue Ridge Enterprises, LLC. Use them only to identify and promote genuine Swim Tether products.
  • Resellers may not list Swim Tether products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar marketplaces without prior written approval.

7. Restrictions

  • Do not re-brand or relabel Swim Tether products as your own without written approval.
  • Do not modify products in ways that could affect safety, performance, or warranty coverage.
  • We do not enforce a minimum advertised price for paid search/social ads, but please don't run ad copy that disparages other resellers or the brand.

8. Term and Termination

This agreement remains in effect until terminated. Either party may end the relationship at any time with written notice (email is sufficient). Outstanding orders will be fulfilled, and any unpaid balances become due immediately on termination.

9. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing, margin information, and any non-public business information shared between us is confidential.

10. Limitation of Liability

Swim Tether's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount the Reseller paid for the specific product(s) in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
