How It Feels

Most tethered swimming systems fight your stroke. The ST3 doesn't. Three interlocking fiberglass rods create a progressive flex curve — light resistance at the start of your pull, building naturally as you extend. The result is a swimming rhythm that feels earned, not forced.

Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly — the ST3 handles all four strokes because the flex is long enough to follow your body's natural arc. That's why competitive swimmers and triathletes prefer it over shorter poles.

Built to Stay Outside

UV-resistant fiberglass won't fade, crack, or degrade in direct sunlight. 316 stainless steel fittings resist pool chemicals and saltwater. The Dynamic Stretch Cord is EPDM rubber rated for tens of thousands of cycles.

I like it

I like it. Works as advertised except I paid and did receive screw thread model. Would be nice if there was optional over shoulder clip belts not just waist so u could adjust wear on torso the belt sits. My lowere back wants it not to be belt high which tugs lower back down while I pull upper torso by swimming. Would be better if. Belt was chest hi.

Great product - already used the original swim tether and the new one remains to deliver a great ...

One complaint - the new swim tether did not fit into the original holder (seemingly the new one is a tiny bit wider which prevents it to fit in the old holder. Would be nice to know about it in advance. Also - as I assume I am not the only one encountering this issue - why don’t you offer an adapter.
