Fits adult swimmers. This kit includes a standard adjustable belt with an 8 foot stretch cordand a non-slip travel strap to anchor everything to a handrail, post, ladder rail or any other stationary fixed object.
We recommend attaching the strap higher than 36 inches from water level for properswimming angle.
Belt fits waist sizes from 24 inches to 60 inches, slide rear ring to adjust for comfort.
Allow about 2 inches of slack behind the spine and place on "forward tip of hips".

I should have bought this years ago! It is THE best exercise no matter if you're swimming or just kicking. It's super comfortable and so easy to put on and off. Just snap it on and you're ready to go. I LOVE it!
